Guidelines for Oral Presentations

An LCD projector and computer will be available in the meeting room. We strongly recommend that you use Powerpoint as your presentation software. An electronic copy of your talk will be requested by the organizers before your scheduled presentation. Please have a copy of your presentation on a USB key. Contact the ArcticNet Administrative Centre if you have any specific needs for your presentation.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Maximum poster size is 48 in. wide (120 cm) by 48 in. tall (120 cm). Do not exceed the maximum poster size as your poster will not fit in the space available.
