Discounted rates on First Air for conference delegates
As the official airline of the conference, First Air is offering a discounted rate of 65% off the full fare for conference delegates traveling to Ottawa from all First Air communities (system wide). The discount is also available for people attending the 2014 Arctic Inspiration Prize Awards Ceremony on 10 December 2014.

Tickets are refundable to the original form of payment if flight segments are cancelled at least 2 hours prior to flight departure time, otherwise refund will be in the form of a future travel credit voucher.
Changes of travel dates are permitted, without penalty, with all travel completed by 15 December 2014.
All excess baggage charges are applicable
Refunds will be provided for conference registrations cancelled in writing and received by Friday 28 November 2014. A cancellation penalty of $50 will apply. No refund will be possible after this date.
Customs and Immigration
Travelers entering Canada are required to have a valid passport and/or travel document with the exception of U.S. citizens traveling by land or sea (including ferries) who may present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, as proof of identity, along with proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate.
