The registration fee includes GST. Full payment must be made in advance by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). To register, click on one of the following categories.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be provided for conference registrations cancelled in writing and received by Friday, 27 November 2009. A cancellation penalty of $50 will apply. No refund will be possible after this date.
