Refer to the following guidelines before preparing your oral and poster presentations.
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Presentations must be given in English. Presenters will be given a maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation and questions. Given that we are running concurrent sessions, presenters will not be given the opportunity to go over their allocated time slot. Your presentation must be accessible to the diverse ASM2010 audience. An LCD projector and computer will be available in each meeting room. An electronic copy of your talk will be requested by the organizers the morning of your scheduled presentation. Please contact the ArcticNet Administrative Centre if you have any specific needs for your presentation.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Posters should preferably be in English. Maximum poster size is 48 in. (120 cm) wide by 48 in. tall (120 cm). Do not exceed the maximum poster size as your poster will not fit in the space available. Poster boards and velcro pads will be available. The official poster sessions will take place on the evenings of 15 and 16 December, but posters will be available for viewing throughout the week. Posters may be set up as of Tuesday, 14 December in the afternoon and must be removed before 3:30 pm on Friday, 17 December. Poster board allocations will be provided to presenters upon registration.
