Funded by the Networks of Centres of Excellence of Canada, ArcticNet brings together scientists and managers in the natural, human health and social sciences with their partners in Inuit organizations, northern communities, government and industry to help Canadians face the impacts and opportunities of climate change and globalization in the Arctic.

With over 500 participants expected, the 7th ArcticNet Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM2010) will be once again the largest arctic science meeting held in Canada this year. Each year, the meeting draws the interest of policy and decision makers, representatives of numerous arctic and non-arctic organizations, media, and others to discuss and debate the latest in Arctic research and policy and strategy development.

The ASM2010 will be held from 14 to 17 December 2010 at The Westin Ottawa. The program is designed to allow for networking throughout the four-day meeting, principally at the registration reception, dedicated poster sessions, banquet dinner and coffee breaks.

Exhibitors

Up to twelve 8' x 10' exhibitor booths are available at the ASM2010 meeting. The Exhibit area is located adjacent to the plenary session room and the poster session room. Exhibitors receive a number of benefits as part of their package.

Booth Fees
$1500 per booth - Includes an 8' x 10' exhibit booth, one full registration providing access to all coffee breaks, meals and presentations, acknowledgement in the ASM2010 programme and website, and a 50 word description of your organization in the meeting programme.
